Chandigarh to Shimla - Arrival & Transfer

On arrival at Chandigarh airport or railway station meet and greet with our representative and drive to Shimla,

Day 02
Shimla - Local & Kufri Day Excrusion

Approx Distance: 30 Km • Est. Travel Time: 2 hours

Start your day with a perfect breakfast at the hotel before heading out for the local sightseeing. You will first trek to the top of Jakhoo Hill to visit the ancient temple which is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Then proceed to witness the Ridge Road located at the heart of Shimla which is a large space where all the cultural activities take place. You will also be visiting the Rashtrapati Niwas that once served as the residence of the British Viceroy of India, and the Christ Church which is a parish in the Diocese of Amritsar. Visit the Mall Road lined with colorful shops where you can shop for souvenirs. Other places you can visit near Mall road are Town Hall, Gaiety Theatre and Scandal Point. You will then be proceeding towards Kufri, which passes through the splendid Hasan Valley and is known for its scenic beauty and pleasant weather. Shimla to Manali - Transfer via Kullu enroute sightseeing

Manali - Local Sightseeing + Solang Valley

Take breakfast in the hotel and Later proceed to Solang Valley in Manali which is located at a distance of 13 kms in a side valley at the top of the Kullu valley is a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund. Solang valley offers the view of glaciers and snow capped mountains and peaks. Solang Valley has fine ski slopes. The Mountaineering Institute of Manali has installed a ski lift for training purpose. Located here is a hut and guest house of the Mountaineering and Allied sports Institute, Manali. The winter skiing festival is organized in Solang Valley. Skiing and Paragliding are two main activities organized here. Apart from this many other adventure sports are available like Zorbing, Horse riding & Snow Motor Bikes riding etc. Later visit Hadimba Devi Temple - built in the tranquil and serene woods, Vashist Bath, Tibetan Monastery and Roerich Art Gallery.   • Hotel Confirmation vouchers shall be given to you upon receipt of 100 % payment.
  • Driver details shall be given to you 1 day prior to your arrival date by evening 07:00 P.M.
  • 50 % advance payment to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation and rest amount 15 days prior to check in date.
  • We shall release the booking without prior intimation if payment not received as hotels booking is release D-15 in case payment is not made.
  • Full payment in form of BANK TRANSFER / CHEQUE / BANK DEPOSIT, for those whose travel falls within D-15.

  • For those who have made part payments, they will have to make the full payment before the expiry of the final cut off date as per the details mentioned above.
  • Kindly be informed that, SMILING TRIPS & HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED does not have a policy of dealing in credit. For availing the service, full & final payment has to be released into the account before the arrival of the guest.
  • Further please note in case the Full payment is not realized into our account 10 Days prior to arrival; the booking will be cancelled without any intimation / notice. Refund after charging cancellation, arising due to such happening will be returned through bank transfer / cheque / bank deposits within 7 working days.
  • DO NOT deposit any CASH into our bank account directly without our approval.

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. Cancellation policy will be applicable ON FULL TOUR PRICE (transport, hotels & other services), in spite of any Flight / Train cancellation has affected the operation of the Tours.

  • INR 2000 /- per person will be charged as cancellation fee as we have put into the efforts in tour planning and bookings. If you do not want refund then it will be adjusted in the future bookings.
